Huntertown the main town in rural Eel River Township straddles over the eastern line from Perry Township.
The Allen County Genealogical Society has a name only index to all county cemeteries through the 1980's publishing date. You may want to check the Allen County Lookup page for a volunteer willing to do lookups from the cemetery books, which are published and for sale by the Allen County Genealogical Society of Indiana.
The Mary Penrose Wayne Chapter NSDAR, National Society Daughter's of the American Revolution as part of their Allen County Indiana Cemetery Project also have an Aboite Township Cemeteries web site some with transcribed names and photographs.

Located on the northeast corner of Carroll and Madden Roads, near U.S. 33, across from Riverview Cemetery. Earliest date 1840. In use. Early records destroyed. Find-A-Grave has 275 internments. IN DNR Latitude 41.1911 Longitude 85.2861.

Located on the south side of 3235 West Shoaff Road, 0.8 mile west of old State Road 3, west of Huntertown. Earliest date August 7, 1847. In use. Also known as Warcup Cemetery. NSDAR has the 1932 transcription. Find-A-Grave has only 15 internments. IN DNR Latitude 41.235 Longitude 85.1908.

Located on the northwest corner of Taylor and Aetna Roads. Methodist. Earliest date 1835. Records no longer exist. Also known as Johnston Cemetery and Wesley Chapel Cemetery. NSDAR has the 1932 transcription of tombstone names. There is a metal plaque with all the names and dates on it. Find-A-Grave has 26 internments. IN DNR Latitude 41.2058 Longitude 85.2686.
