Newsom, which was drawn August 28, 1912, has been probated in the circuit court here. The sum of $500 is set out to each of the Rev. Mr. Nesom's daughters, Mrs. Eva Newsom Talley and Mrs. Mabel Newsom White. Teh remainder of the personal property of the estate is to go to the widow, Mrs. Ruth Woodard Newsom, who also is to receive a life interest in the real estate owned by the testator. At the death of the widow the real estate is to go to the daughters. In case of the death of either of the daughters and if there are no surviving children, the husband of the deceased daughter is to receive one-fourth of the share which would have gone to his wife and the remaining three-fourthes is to go to the surviving daughter. The value of the estate could not be dtermined from the contents of the will. The will was witnessed by Charles S. Baker and Frank N. Richman.
