DEATH OF MRS. BOWLEN.

Formerly a Resident of This City-Had Lived Four Miles West.

Mrs. Ellen Bowlen, aged eighty years, died Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Elijah Coles, who resides four miles west of the city. The funeral took place from the residence at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon. Her husband, John Bowlen, before his death, was the proprietor of the Bowlen House in Columbus.
