The Republic Columbus, Indiana Thursday, January 21, 1904 Page 5 Death of Mrs. Naomi Clark. Mrs. Naomi Clark, widow of Hiram Clark, died at her home, two and one-half miles southwest of Taylorsville, late Saturday afternoon. She was seventy-six years p;d amd was a pioneer resident of the county. Pneumonia was the direct cause of her death, although she had been in poor health since the death of her husband, about three years ago. The funeral was held from St. John's church, in Union township, Monday morning at 11 o'clock, the service being conducted by Rev. Pressley, of Indianapolis. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery. The following children survive: Newton Clark, captain of the local police force; William O. Clark, county commissioner from the first district; Thomas Clark, of this city; Mrs. Eliza Krienhagen, of this city; Jesse Clark, of Union township, and Misses Rebecca and Malissa Clark, who lived at home with their mother.
