Born April 8, 1899 at Hope, died February 12, 1917 at the home of her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Slater in Columbus. 

She married John Henderson May 1, 1915 . 

She is survived by her parents, husband, a son who was born February 6, 1917, 2 brothers, Arthur and nelson of Columbus, sisters Mrs. James Myers of brown County, Mrs. William Vawter of West of Columbus and a twin sister Miss Nellie Slater, at home.

Funeral services was Tuesday at the home of her parents with buriel at
Sandhill Cemetery.
