The Republic Columbus, Indiana Friday, January 6, 1911 Page 1 WILLIAM HOELTKE DIED LAST NIGHT Had Been Ill For Two Years But Worked at Reeves & Company's Factory Until Last Friday. William H. Hoeltke, aged 48 years, died at his home, 1312 Sycamore street, Thursday night at 10 o'clock. He had been ill with an afliction of one lung for the past two years. Part of the time he was confined to his bed, but lately he seemed to recover strength and resumed his work at the factory of Reeves & Company. He worked there until last Friday, when he had to give up his position and he failed rapidly after that. Mr. Hoeltke leaves a widow and three children. He is also survived by four brothers, Louis and Christopher Hoeltke, of this city, and Frederick and Gottlieb Hoeltke, who live west of Columbus. Funeral services from the residence Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock and from the German Lutheran church at 2 o'clock, conducted by the Rev. Frederick Wambsganss. Burial in the City Cemetery.
