Goldie A. Hulse

Goldie A. Hulse, 81, of 2109 Caldwell, died at 9:30 p.m. Thursday at Miller's Merry Manor Nursing Home in Hope.

She was the widow of George D. Hulse who died March 10, 1976.  They were married Sept. 26, 1920, in Jeffersonville.

Funeral service will be conducted by the Rev. Harold E. Armstrong at 11 a.m. Monday at Hathaway-Myers Funeral Chapel where calling hours will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. until service time Monday.  Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Bartholomew County Area Hospice.

Mrs. Hulse was born July 26, 1904 in Jennings County, the daughter of Elmer and Octavia Shafer Campbell.

She is survived by four sons, M. Dale Hulse of Elizabethtown, Robert Donald Hulse of 281 Collier, Edward E. Hulse of Booneville, N. Y., and Fred C. Hulse of Collinsville, Va.; a daughter, Margie E. Western of 2323 Pennsylvania; 20 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
