Source: Crawfordsville Weekly Review, November 19, 1881 A Miss Rominger died at Hope, Indiana, twenty-two years ago, and was buried in the cemetery at that place. Recently the relatives of the deceased woman concluded to remove her remains to another cemetery, and on opening the coffin, they were astonished to find the body in as good a state of preservation as when consigned to the grave, twenty-two years ago. The preservation was not due to petrifaction as the flesh was soft and yielding to the touch. submmitted by Karen Zach Alice Carrie Rominger Find A Grave Memorial# 17298999
