YELEY-At his home three miles west of Hope, Sunday, March 31, 1901, at 2 o'clock p.m., of heart disease, John Yeley, aged 74 years. Funeral from residence Tuesday morning, conducted by Rev. Carter. Interment in Sharon cemetery.

Mr. Yeley was born and reared in Batholomew county and spent his entire life within its bounds. A wife and five children are left to mourn his death.
