I have re-formatted the site into manageable folders; and now slowly fine tuning the pages and have added some new items. Although I am not a Carroll County resident I have access to some items for Carroll County. I do have ideas of things to add to the site and would welcome other in put also.

The site takes no responsibility for the currency or accuracy of the data within that are "Off Site" pages. And are not in control of external links or Url's." These are just added to the site under Carroll Links and Genealogy Links as a possible convience for you the researcher. This county is a part of the INGenWeb Project, which with the other state projects, forms The USGenWeb Project. It is an organization of volunteers working for the free access of public and public domain records used in genalogical research.

How This All Began
In June, 1996, a group of genealogists organized the Indiana Comprehensive Genealogy Database. The idea was to provide a single entry point for all counties in Indiana, where collected databases would be stored. At the same time, volunteers were found who were willing to coordinate the collection of databases and generally oversee the contents of the county web pages.
