ALDRIDGE, MOSES, born 1802. Died Jan. 5, 1880 in his home at Roan, Wabash County, Ind. Age 78 yrs. Burial at Roam. Funeral held in home. He was the 2nd white resident in Jackson Twp (Carroll County, Indiana) Settling on what is now known as the Joseph McCain farm near the mouth of Bachelor’s run in Oct. 1826. After Jackson Twp. Was organized, he was the 1st justice of the Peace, having been elected on Feb. 14, 1833. Camden Expositor------Jan 15, 1880
