BAILEY, BERTHA (Mrs.) (Miles). She was the Widow of Cleveland A. Bailey. Born
in 1888, died Saturday July 11, 1936 at 10; 45 P.M. At the Logansport State
Hospital (Cass County, IN). Mrs. Bailey was 48 years old. She had suffered
encephalitis for the last 6 years. She was a graduate of Danville Central Collage,
and taught school at Burlington for 25 years. Funeral was held in the Bailey home
at Delphi and burial in the Masonic Cemetery, Delphi (Carroll County IN).
Survivors: 2 sons Allen and Gilbert of Delphi, her Mother Mrs. Laura Miles of
Stauton, Ill. 2 sisters Mrs. George Wagoner of Stauton, Ill. & Mrs. Dallas Dodds
