I just read your web page history of William E. Hinkle. I am the great granddaughter of his sister, Hannah Elizabeth Hinkle, married to William McCarty of Frankfort, IN. I would be very interested to know about the source, History Of Carroll County Indiana, Its People, Industries and Instititions by John C O'Dell - With Biographical Sketches of Representative Citizens and Genealogical Records of Many of the Old Families - Illustrated (1916 - B. F. BOWEN & COMPANY, Inc. - Indianapolis, Indiana). Is it a library book, or something you purchased?

I just started this genealogy search in August, and have only this week been able to read the obituary of Elizabeth Hinkle, and gather more information about her family. I am actually searching for living relatives who may know more family history, because my parents moved to Texas and we were never very close to our relatives back in Indiana. I would really appreciate any information you could share, or tips on who or what to look for.
