Stony Point Cemetery Included on Indiana State Library Genealogy Division's Cemetery Database Charlestown Twp I know for a fact that there is no "Stony Point Cemetery".This one is listed by the Indiana State Library; thus, I have included it here. It may be a confused reference to Silver Creek Cemetery, with which Stony Point Christian Church is associated by means of its descent from the defunct Silver Creek Church (established 1798) or the nearby Weir Cemetery

Per Trustee Shirley Nolot, 6/8/97, this cemetery is on private property and is land-locked. The former owner permitted the Trustee to mow and clean up twice. A family member is alleged to have trespassed on his land so the owner would not permit the Trustee to tend the cemetery any longer.
