Location: | Off Highway 31, behind the Sellersburg Industrial Park, behind a cultivated field, in the woods; Moose Lodge is on the opposite side of Hwy. 31 |
History: | The family of Francis Wells and his wife Hannah Howell, two of Silver
Creek Township's earliest pioneers, are buried at Francis
Wells Family Cemetery.) The property has been neglected for decades,
partially because its location is so remote.
The known burials here include four children; unknown if Francis Wells and his wife are buried here. |
