By virtue of a certified copy of
judgment, decree and order of sale
to me directed, issued out of the Clay
Circuit Court in favor of Alfred
Marsh, and against Elnora Woodall
and John Woodall.

I Will Offer for Sale
         At Public Auction

On Saturday, the 18th day of June,
1927, between the hours of ten (10)
o'clock a. m., and four (4) o'clock
p. m. of said day, at the door of
the Court House, in the city of Bra-
zil, Clay County, Indiana, the rents
and profits for a term of years, not
exceeding seven (7), of the follow-
ing described Real Estate, to-wit:
    Lots Numbered Three (3) and
Four (4), in Carpenter, Moss and
Falls Addition to the City of Brazil,
in the County of Clay and the State
of Indiana.
    And if the rents and profits do not
sell for a sum sufficient to satisfy
said judgment, decree and order of
sale, I will at the same time and
place, and in manner aforesaid, of-
fer for sale the fee-simple, or all the
right, title and interest of said exe-
cution defendants, in and to the
same, to satisfy said judgment, de-
cree and order of sale, interests and
costs. Said sale will be made with-
out relief from valuation or appraise-
ment laws.
    Dated at Brazil, Clay County, In-
diana, this 25th day of May, 1927.
