Timothy Brennan

Timothy Brennan Passed Away Today Timothy( Tim) C. Brennan age 66, Rt. 4, city died at 4 a.m. today at the Daviess County Hospital. He had been ill for five & a half years & was seriously ill for 10 days. Mr. Brennan was born in Washington, Indiana, Aug.16, 1895 the son of William M. & Mary Francis Bline Brennan. He married Agnes Miller on July 24, 1916 & she survives. He was a member of the First Methodist Church & the local 346 Local Machinist Lodge. He was a former Machinist with the B. & O. Railroad before retiring five years ago. He had lived in this community all his five & was the educated in local schools. Four daughters, Mrs. Lester(Helen) Jones, Mrs. Paul E.( Ruth) Combs & Mrs.Louis A. (Margaret) Dant, all of this city, & Mrs. James W.( Mary) Norris Piqua, Ohio; survive. There are 10 grandchildren. Fureral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the First Methodist Church with Rev. H.R. Burton officiated. Burial will be in the St. Johns Cemetery Friends may call at the Lee & York Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today. The body will be taken to the church at 12:30 p.m., Thursday to lie in state until the hour of funeral. The casket will be closed at the hour of service.
