John Henry Brewer

John Henry Brewer died at 8:45 Monday night at his home north of Montgomery, of paralysis. He was stricken a week ago yesterday, his entire right side being affected.
Mr. Brewer was a widely known and highly respected farmer of Barr Township, which had been his home since he came to this county from Kentucky with his parents at the age of 15 years. He was born in Marion County, Kentucky, March 4, 77 years ago.
Mr. Brewer was married twice. His last wife was Katherine Nolan. She died four years ago. He leaves four children however: Sam Brewer of Montgomery, Perry Brewer of Washington, Mrs. Susan Haag and John a. Brewer who live at home.
The deceased was a staunch member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church and the funeral services will be held at 9 o’clock Thursday morning.
