Charles M. Campbell Charles M.Campbell 89, 513 Dewey Ave., died at the Washington NursingCenter at 6:55 a.m. today after an illness of seven weeks. He had been an engineer at the City Power & Light plant, retiring agoafter 35 years of service. He was a member of Central Christian Church. A native of Dubois county, he was born July 25, 1886 to Parks & Elizabeth(Corn) Campbell. On Aug.16, 1904 he married Rosa Colbert who diedin 1960. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Raymond(Josephine) Powers, Evansville, ason Elwood C. Campbell, Washington, 16 grandchildren, 42 greatgrandchildren & 6 great-great grandchildren. He was proceeded in death bytwo sons, Charles & Wilbert, & two sisters & three brothers. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday spent the Gill Chapel with burialin Oak Grove Cemetery. Ministers will be Pastor Herbert Gillen & the Rev.Loren Campbell. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Tuesday.
