Clyde Malcolm Edwards

GILBERTSVILLE, Ky. - Clyde Malcome Edwards, 78, died at 6:30 a.m. Wednesday at Calvert City Convalescence Home.
Services was at 1 this afternoon at Colliers Funeral home, Benton, Ky., with burial at Birmingham Cemetery, Draffenville.
He was born on Nov. 22, 1921, to John W. and Bertha (Grismore) Edwards.
He married Venice Nunley on July 10, 1971 and she survives.
Edward graduated from Alfordsville High School in 1939. He served in World War II and later moved to the Evansville area. In 1962, he moved to Gilbertsville, where he was construction supervisor for Ray Lucas and Son, retiring in 1990.
Also surviving are: two sisters, Wanda Hedrick and Patsy Conolty, both of Washington.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul Dwight and Wilbur Hugh Edwards.
