George Hedrick Passes Away at His
Home in Elnora Following Heart Attack
George Hedrick, a Civil War veteran,
died suddenly at his home at Elnora Monday night. Mr. and Mrs. Hedrick
had been spending the evening with a neighbor. After returning home his
wife addressed a remark to Mr. Hedrick and, getting no response, made
an investigation and found her husband unconscious. Death followed before
the arrival of a doctor. Mr. Hedrick was married four times, the last
marriage having taken place last summer. Mr. Hedrick is survived by his
widow and several children. Coroner Poindexter is investigating the death.
