A former local resident, Mrs. Pearl B. POTTS, 66, Cowan, IN, died at 11:15 a.m. Monday at her residence following an illness of two years. She was born at Washington on Nov 30, 1910, to Brant & Minnie (EDWARDS) BINGHAM and was graduated from Washington high school in 1929. Mrs. POTTS left Washington to live in Cowan in 1938. She married Ralph F. POTTS in August of 1929 and he survives. Surviving besides her husband are two sons, Kenneth POTTS, Brighton, MI, and Harry POTTS, Gaston, IN; one daughter, Mrs. Charlotte SATTERFIELD, Mishawaka, IN; nine grandchildren and one great grandson, two brothers and one sister, Alvin BINGHAM, Mrs. Jesse SWANN and Joseph BINGHAM, all of this city. One son, Francis H., died in 1949, and one brother, Harry RAGSDALE, and her parents are deceased. The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Ed Lee Mortuary with the Rev. Kendall Sands officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Reeve Township. Friends may call at the Ed Lee Mortuary after 2 p.m. Wednesday.
