Flora Bell Taylor
Flora Bell Taylor, 90, former resident of East Oak Street, died at the Daviess County Hospital at 3:50 p.m. Tuesday. She was born in Pike County November 2, 1891, the daughter of Andrew and Malinda (Robling) Shelton. She was married to Charles Taylor November 26, 1910. He passed away July 30, 1950. She was a member of the Pennyville Homemakers Club. Surviving are a son, Lowel E. Taylor of Pennyville, a grandson, Robert E. Taylor also of Pennyville; and a great-granddaughter, Debra Taylor of Odon. Three sisters and five brothers preceded her in death. Services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. from the Gill Chapel with the Rev. R. P. Hawkins officiating. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Reeve Township. Friends may call in the funeral home after noon Thursday.
