CORRENA WININGER
Correna Grace Wininger, 60, Park East Trailer Court, died Friday at 10 a.m. in an automobile accident on U.S. 50 E. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and after 9 a.m. Tuesday. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at Gill Chapel with interment in Sugarland Memory Gardens. The Rev. Randall L. Sapp will officiate. She was born May 1, 1938, in Daviess County to Charles E. and Dorothy (Russell) Archbold. She married Donald Lee Wininger, and he died in the same automobile accident. She was a pink lady at the Daviess County Hospital and a home health care provider. She graduated from Montgomery High School. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene and Sunday School Teachers, Homemakers Club, and Chapter 54 Cherokee Sams Camping Club. Surviving are her mother, Dorothy Archbold, Vincennes; two children, Diana Lynn Cooper, Washington, and Richard Eugene Wininger, at home; three grandchildren; two sisters, Peggy L. York and Doris M. Fellows, both of Vincennes; two brothers, James L. Archbold, Orlando, Fla., and Louis R. Archbold, Evansville. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren and two brothers. It was requested that expressions of sympathy be made in the way of donations to the family fund.
