Waterloo; son of Keeler Farrington and Asenath Southwick; was born in Cayaga Co., N.Y., December 10. 1822. Married Miss Elsa Ann Andrews, of Huron County, Ohio, September 13, 1845; children- Oscar (deceased), William (Deceased), John W., Almon E, Laura A., the firs 100 acres owned by Mr. F. is a part of what he owns today, to which have been added about two hundred more; he had had other lands, in the mean time, that have been disposed of. His two sons live near him, and have fine farms of their own. His only daughter, Laura, now Mrs. Edwin Thompson, is lives near, and is a “chip of the old block.” The father and mother of Mr. Farrington were natives of New York; the former died November 13, 1857; the latter January 2, 1854. Mrs. Farrington’s father and mother were natives of New York, both dying in Huron County, Ohio; the former September 8, 1834; the latter August 28, 1834. Mr. and Mrs. Farrington are members of the Christian Church; have a delightful home, and well situated to enjoy life. Politically, Mr. F. is a Republican.
