BREECE, HATTIE (MASTERMAN)
Mrs. Hattie Breece, 65, of 819 South Franklin street, Garrett, died of heart disease at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday
at the Reed Convalescent home in Auburn, where she had been a patient for five weeks.
The body was removed to the Geo. W. Iler mortuary and it will remain there until funeral services Sunday
afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Church of Christ.
L, K. Layman, the minister, will officiate and burial will follow in Union cemetery, northwest of Garrett.
Mrs. Breece was born Jan. 14, 1878, in Marshall county, near Walkerton, Ind.
She was a resident of Garrett for many years.
She and Henry C. Breece were married in 1903. He died Dec. 9, 1942.
Surviving are a son, Hollis C. of North Carrolton, O.; and three brothers, Hoyt Masterman, Marshall Masterman and Bert Masterman,
all of Walkerton, and three grandchildren.
Mrs. Breece was a member of the Church of Christ.
