I, Cyrus C Walter, Auditor in and for said county of DeKalb, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and complete list of all lands and town lots in said county returned delinquent for the taxes for the year 1888, with the delinquent tax, penalty and interest, and also the tax for the year 1889, to the best of my knowledge and belief.

Notice is therefore hereby given, that so much of the foregoing lands and town lots as may be necessary to discharge the taxes, interest and penalty, and charges due thereon or due from the owners thereof at the time of the sale, will be sold at public auction at the court house door, in the town of Auburn, in said county, on the second Monday in February, A. D. 1890 (the same being the 10^th day of said month), unless such taxes, penalty, and interest and charges are previously paid. Sale to commence at 10 o'clock a. m., on said day and continue until all have been offered for sale.
