I, H. N Coffinberry, Auditor in and for said county of DeKalb, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and complete list of all the ands and town lots in said county returned delinquent for the taxes for the year 1890, with the delinquent tax, penalty and interest, and also the tax for the year 1891, to the best of my knowledge an belief.

Notice is therefore hereby given, that so much of the foregoing lands and town lots as may be necessary to discharge the taxes, interest and penalty, and charges due thereon or due from the owners thereof at the time of the sale, will be sold at public auction at the court house door, in the town of Auburn, in said county, on the second Monday in February, A. D. 1891, (the same being the 9th day of said month,) unless such taxes, penalty, interest and charges are previously paid Sale to commence at 10 o'clock a. m., on said day and continue until all have been offered for sale.
