The following is a list of cemeteries that once existed in Monroe Township.

This includes places where people were interred but there are no markers,
or places where the remains were moved and reinterred in other cemeteries.

If you have more information for any of these cemeteries, please send an Email to: Gina Richardson

Clark Cemetery

Located south of County Road 400 South and east of County Road 50 East, in section 3 of Monroe Township. There are no stones visible now.

Pleasant Hill

Located on the east side of County Road 50 West, north of the Delaware and Henry County line, in section 21 of Monroe Township. It has been said a soldier was buried here, but the records were lost when a tornado passed through in the late 1800's.

Unknown Cemetery

Located on County Road 200 East and County Road 700 South, at the corner across from Macedonia Cemetery. A soldier was supposedly buried here. His tombstone was moved to Saunders Cemetery.
