Harold L Kendall
KENDALL, HAROLD L. - 67, Orleans,
died at 11:30 p.m. Monday at Paoli
Convalescent Center
in Paoli.
Born in Orange County,
he was the son of EARL and PEARL (WININGER) KENDALL. He married BETTY REID on April 17, 1953, and she survives. He
was a truck driver for 34 years and founded KENDALL Trucks and Parts in Orleans.
He retired in November 1992. He was an Army veteran, a member of Mount
Pleasant Baptist Church,
Orleans American Legion Warren Brock Post No. 69, American Truck Historical
Society and served in the Orange County Sheriff Reserve.
Surviving in addition to his wife, BETTY KENDALL of Orleans, are four sons:
MICHAEL BISH of Wawaka, HAROLD Jr. and GREG KENDALL, both of Paoli, and KEVIN
KENDALL of Rockport; two daughters: PAMELA BISH of Austin, Texas and VICKI
POGUE of Bloomfield; three brothers: FLOYD KENDALL of French Lick, KENNETH and
J. DALE KENDALL, both of Paoli; two sisters: PAULINE TUSSEY of Jeffersonville
and CARLOTTA COOK of Sandborn; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, THELMA QUAKENBUSH; and
four brothers: JOHN, TOM, CARL and DWIGHT KENDALL. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Ochs-Tetrick Funeral Home, Orleans,
with the Revs. BOBBY WOOD and WAYNE PENDLEY officiating. Burial will follow in Mount
Pleasant Baptist Church

rites accorded by members of American Legion Warren Brock Post No. 69. Friends
may call from 2-8 p.m. today and 9 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
