Charles S. Tredway

Cuzco:  Charles Tredway, 77 of Cuzco, a retired railroader, died at 5 P. M. Sunday at the home of a daughter Mrs Iva Dickey of Indianapolis with whom he had lived in recent months.  Surviving besides Mrs Dickey are four other daughters Mrs Marie Anderson of Cuzco, Mrs Helen Wineinger of Gary, Mrs Mildred Kirkpatrick of Cutler and Mrs Beulah Wagner of Huntingburg; a son Roscoe of Goshen and two brothers Ira of Jasper and George of Indianapolis.  His wife Maude died in 1948.  The body was taken at noon today from the Schmutzler Funeral Home in French Lick to the Christian Church at Cuzco where services were held at 2 o'clock by Rev Woodrow Archer followed by burial in the Mt Lebanon cemetery.

Rites Today For Charles Tredway In Cuzco Church

Charles Tredway, 77, a retired railroader, died at 5 p.m. Sunday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Iva Dickey of Indianapolis with whom he had lived in recent months. 

Survivors besides Mrs. Dickey are four other daughters, Mrs. Marie Anderson of Cuzco, Mrs. Helen Wineinger of Gary, Mrs. Mildred Kirkpatrick of Cutler and Mrs. Beulah Wagner of Huntingburg; a son, Roscoe of Goshen, and two brothers, Ira of Jasper and George of Indianapolis.

His wife, Maude, died in 1948.
