BYARD WINEINGER

MAPLETON -- Byard F. Wineinger, 87, of 4317 S. Banbury Cove died at 3:35 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, 1995, at Proctor Hospital in Peoria.

Born March 29, 1908, in French Lick, Ind., to William and Alverita Howerton Wineinger, he married Burndette Brunson on Nov. 2, 1935, in Vincennes, Ind. She died April 2, 1991, in Peoria. Four brothers also preceded him in death.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Art (Sue) Roach of Mapleton; one brother, Claude of French Lick; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and three stepgreat-grandchildren.

He worked for NE Finch Co. for many years. He then worked for Morgan Peoria Coal Co. for 10 years, retiring in 1958. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Glasford. The Rev. Earl D. Henderson will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Schmidt- Haller Funeral Parlors in East Peoria. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
