WININGER, DELEAL BENTON age 85, of Vestavia Hills died Monday, December 19, 1994.

He was a native of Indiana. A 65 year resident of Alabama, he was retired from Alabama Gas Corporation and Wininger and Wininger, Attorneys; attended the University of Alabama. Former Deacon, Second Presbyterian Church, Birmingham Masonic Lodge #757, Board of Management Five Points YMCA.

Survived by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Smith Wininger; a daughter, International Opera Singer Judith W. Aslanian; a son, Birmingham trial lawyer David D. Wininger; grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Second Presbyterian Church or The American Cancer Society. Elmwood Chapel is directing.
