Reichard, Sammy
He was called "Uncle Sammy" even by people who were not his relation. He was a bit slow but a sweet man. The son of Solomon Reichard and Sarah Bowers, he lived with his half sister (see Gooding, Phoebe Sowers) most of his life. You can even see one of the same dogs I believe in the two pictures.
