In the case of Mary Lou Bever against Stanley Bever, Cain Township resident who left home several weeks ago, suit being filed by the deserted wife to have the property of the absentee used for the support of herself and three children, the court granted an injunction against the defendant’s transferring or disposing of his property pending the outcome of the original suit.
