Orville Ratcliff, son of Dr. Ratcliff of Kingman has been elected captain of the Indiana University Wrestling Team. Young Ratcliff who is a sophomore in Indiana University is national collegiate champion in the 125# wrestling class and holds the athletic Association University title in his class. Ratcliff recently defeated Garber of the Penn State team who holds the eastern conference title.
