Sarah Hill vs. Thomas Hill, libel for divorce
Now, comes the complainant by her solicitor and files in my office her Libel for Divorce against the said Thomas Hill and it appearing by the affidavit of Morgan Wright that the defendant is not a resident of this
State it is ordered that publication of the pendency of said petition be made in the Plough Boy a public newspaper printed and published in the town of Greencastle for 3 weeks successively,notifying the said
defendant that unless he appears on the first day of the next November term and answer the said complainists bill, the same will be heard and determined in his absence. test, A. McGauchey (sic), Clerk
