Covington, Ind Sept 29 – Three Attica couples have been divorced in the Fountain Circuit Court this week. Mrs. Vera Leeper on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment, failure to provide and desertion. The defendant was not present at the trial and his whereabouts are not even known. A.E. Yount of Attica was the attorney for Mrs. Leeper.
