Lotus Leslie of Attica, Indiana, who gives her occupation as a dry cleaner has brought suit in the Circuit Court against her husband, Lee Leslie stating that they were married March 5, 1920 and separated July 3, 1922 at which time her husband abandoned her and has not since returned, and asks divorce on the ground of abandonment, non support and habitual drunkenness, and that her former name be restored to her.
