McKINSEY, Nancy - Henry

Nancy McKinsey has filed suit for divorce from Henry McKinsey. She recites that she married Henry in Fountain County in 1898 and that in 1899 he was sent to the penitentiary for an attempt to murder. As a sort of afterthought she asserts that he failed to provide for her while he was at liberty and while the honeymoon was new.
