McMANIGAL, Isabelle vs. Wilson - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

“News Notes of Fountain  County” – Isabelle E. McManigal has filed suit for divorce in Fountain circuit court against her husband, Wilson McManigal. The complain alleges the marriage of the parties on June 29, 1925 and separation Feb 12, 1927. The complaint alleges cruel and inhuman treatment and that the defendant failed to support her. She asks a decree of absolute divorce and her maiden name of Isabelle E. Winkler be restored to her. She also asks the court to adjudge that the defendant furnish her means to prosecute her suit and that he be restrained from interfering with or molesting the pending of the action.
