INGERSOLL, Nora May Herron

Mrs. Nora May Ingersoll, 66, well known resident of the Waynetown community died unexpectedly Saturday morning of a heart ailment at the family home, six miles south of Waynetown. She was found by her husband, Edwin E. Ingersoll at about 9:15 o'clock that morning. Born near Waynetown Jan 13, 1877, the daughter of Andrew and Audrey Herron, Mrs. Ingersoll was married March 17, 1894 at the residence where she died. She was a member of the Ridge Farm United Brethren Church. Also surviving are two sons, Harold of Veedersburg; Chester of near Hillsboro; four daughters, Mrs. Forrest Hesler of near Hillsboro and Mrs. Russell Miles, Mrs. Ralph Rusk and Mrs. Donald Moore, all of near Waynetown; one brother, 9 grandchildren and two greats. She was preceded in death by a son who died in infancy and two daughters who passed away in Jan 1918. Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Monday aft at the family residence, south of Waynetown with Rev. John Servies office. Burial in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery.
