Kingman - Cecil Jackson 80 Kingman town marshal and veteran auctioneer died Thursday morning in St. Elizabeth Hospital, Danville, Ill where he had been a patient since suffering a stroke a few adys ago. Mr Jackson, a life resident of this area was a member of the former kingman EUB Church. He was born in Kingman May 10 1890 a son of Tom and Lydia Kiger Jackson. He was married Dec 9 1911 to May Paschal. Surviving are his widow; five daughters, Mrs. Imogne Palfi of Danville; Mrs. Betty Weiss of Speedway; Mrs. Opal Britton of Rockville; Mrs. Barbara Dowers of Cayuga and Mrs. Geraldine Ocheltree of Kingman; six sons, Daltno of Phoenix, AZ; Herschel of Cayuga; Leon of Norfolk, Va; Jackie of Danville and Howard and Bobbie, both of Kingman; a sister, Mrs. Lulu Alexander of Speedway; 20 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturdayin Woodrow Funeral Home here with Rev. Larry McMillan officiating. Burial in Kingman Fraternal Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today.
