Covington, Nov 4 - Mr. and Mrs. William Jackson of Millcreek township, received a telegram from the war department announcing the death in France on September 27 of their son, GOrdon Jackson from wounds suffered in action. He had been in France less than two months. Besides the parents three brothers and two sisters survive. --- transcribed by kbz
