Mrs. Sarah Jarrett, a well known aged citizen of this city died at her home on West Street Wednesday evening of last week. Death was caused by pneumonia. Mrs. Jarrett was 81 years old and is survived by two sons, Lem Seward, who resided with his mother and Monte Jarrett who resides in Ohio and one daughter, Mrs. Will McMaster who also resides in Ohio. The funeral was conducted Sunday afternoon from the home and burial was made in Riverside Cemetery.
