Fithian (CNS) -- Mrs. Ruby Jenkins, 67, of Fithian, died at 10:35 p.m. Thursday (Aug. 17, 1967) at Mercy Hospital in Urbana. She was born Dec. 22, 1899 at Mellott, Ind., to Thomas and Mary Leighty Butts. She married Carl Jenkins in 1920 at Covington, Ind. She was a member of The Hope Christian Church at Fithian. Mrs. Jenkins is survived by a son, Richard L. of Tucson, Ariz.; a daughter, Mrs. Wilma Dalbey of Fithian; a brother, Hurley Butts of Fithian; a sister, Mrs. Goldie Cronk of Hillsboro, Ind.; and a grandchild. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Kirby Funeral Home with burial in Stearns Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be on Saturday evening, Sunday afternoon, and Sunday evening. --waw
