Mary E. Johnson, 84, Noblesville, died Thursday Sept 10 at Americana Healthcare South in Indianapolis. She was born Oct 21, 1902 in Hillsboro, the daughter of John and Lydia (Claman) Murdock. She had lived in Noblesville for most of her life. She was a homemaker. She was a 50-year member of Eastern Star Radiant Chapter No 200 and a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church. Survivors include two sons, Elzo Johnson, Brown County and Richard Johnson, Ocala, Fla; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was the widow of Elzo Johnson Sr who died in 1972. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, with Rev. Owen Endris officiating. Burial will be in Crownland Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. - kz
