Mrs. Glen Walters received a telephone call Tuesday evening that her brother, Dr. John H. Jollief of Danville, Indiana had passed away Tuesday evening.  Dr. Joliet was also a brother of Mrs. WW Harriman and George Jollief of this city.  Funeral services will be held there Thursday afternoon at 2 and burial will be made in the Danville Cemetery.

Danville, Ind – Dr. John H. Jollief, 57, Dean of men and head of the department of education at Central Normal college died last night after an illness of ten days.  He was a native of Parke County, Indiana and had served five years as superintendent of schools in that county.  He had also served as superintendent of schools at South Whitley and had been a member of the faculty at Manchester college.  He was a graduate of Central Normal and hel degrees from the University of Wisconsin and Indiana University.  He is survived by his widow, who is dean of women at Central Normal; a daughter, Mrs. John R. Piper, Danville, a son, Wendell Jollief of Kendallville and two brothers and two sisters. – kbz
