JUVINALL, Susanna Pate

Source: The obituary is from a collection by Fauniel Hershberger, saved the 1950's, 60's and 70's. She was a life long resident of Fountain County Indiana.  The collection is now housed at Crawfordsville District Public Library.

Susanna Juvinall, 74, of 120 Vance Lane died at 5:55 a.m. today (Oct. 5, 1978) at Lakeview Medical Center, where she had been a patient since Sept. 27. Mrs. Juvinall had been a cook at Dixie Lunch No. 1. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church and belonged to its TOPS club and missionary society. Her hobbies were sewing and gardening. Born Dec. 1, 1903, in Danville, she was a daughter of Timothy Huffman and Elizabeth Pate. She attended Diamond grade school. In February 1924 she married Banner Joseph Juvinall in Covington, Ind. He survives. Other survivors include two sons, Marvin Stanley Juvinall and James Leroy Juvinall, both of Danville; a daughter, Mrs. Raymond (Imogene) Hilleary of Danville; a stepbrother, Howard Edwards of Danville; two sisters, Mrs. Edward (Mabel) Schmidt of Danville and Alice Miller of Decatur; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Assembly of God Church, with the Rev. James E. Smith officiating. Burial will be in Oakhill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at Pape Memorial Home.  --waw
