Lelyn Deane Lake, 41, of Carmel died Monday at his home. He is the grandson of Mrs. Dora Lake of Hillsboro. For a year Lake has been plant manager in the electronics division of the P. R. Mallory Co. plant in Elwood. He was a graduate of Purdue University. Services were held at the Flanner and Buchanan Mortuary in Broad Ripple. Interment was in the Rose Hill Cemetery at Hillsboro. Lake is survived by his wife, Catherine K., two daughters, three sons, his mother, and his grandmother, Mrs. Dora Lake of Hillsboro. His father Luther Lake and one brother, Donald preceded him in death. --typed by Walt W
